Alyzaa is a practicing Chartered Accountant, a consultant and an entrepreneur having 25 years experience in auditing, accounting, finance, management and business development. The consulting company based in Mumbai has worked on consulting assignments across industry segments specialising in business advisory, business development, turnkey projects in the manufacturing sector, merger and acquisitions, restructuring of sick units through debt restructuring, technology upgrades, fund mobilisation and strategic advisory to the companies for growth and expansion. She has also assisted in drafting of bank policy(credit policy, HR policy etc) as per central bank guidelines and designed human resources review programme integrated with training programmes endorsed by the senior members of the RBI training college and conducted training workshops at the head office of the bank based in Mumbai.
