OUR Vision
Phase 1:
ZHR wants to establish itself as asset managers in the hospitality industry and will have internal divisions in the company equipped with expertise and resources to cater to every requirement of the client during the revival period.

Travel Stories
The travel stories division of the company is the reservation desk for holiday packages and end to end logistics for tourists. This division will directly assist in Sales and marketing and business development for Obsolescence protection clients. It will collaborate with leading players to enable faster market penetration during the revival period. Industry experts in ZHR will advise on drafting and implementation of the sales and marketing strategies for the clients.
ZZARR Facilities Management division
This division will have an in house team of skilled and unskilled workers which can be deployed to assist in the operations, maintenance, renovation and refurbishment process of obsolescence protection properties. The division shall use SOP and good industry practices and will have a concurrent internal training process to ensure the benchmarks are adhered to in all projects. The team will be entrusted with the implementation of the revival plan during the turnaround strategy.

Phase 2:
ZHR plans to introduce the concept of glamorous camping, referred to as ‘GLAMPING’ across the world to India. The concept adds 5 star facilities to add the luxury element to the camping concept. The luxury glamping resorts MANAGED UNDER THE INHOUSE BRAND, ‘will promote outdoor activities and tourism in the places with rich culture, scenic beauty, and nature trails. ZHR wants to build own and operate resorts which are ecofriendly and sustainable through private public partnerships across India. The vision is to integrate wellness and fitness retreats in natural habitats. ZHR will be putting together a team of ex- servicemen from the Indian Armed Forces to manage the activities at the resorts. The target market is age group 5-75 years and the focus will be activity based resorts with wellness facilities for the broad spectrum of tourists and travellers. Point to point logistics from the activity locations will be an integral part of the services offered at the resorts.
OUR Mission
ZHR will promote nature retreats, using sustainable eco friendly building materials, promote tourism in less developed states and create job opportunities for locals and ex-servicemen.

Premium luxury outdoor structures – 5 star facilities while camping in the outdoors known as glamorous camping – more popularly called GLAMPING.
Promote Tourism in rural areas
Will be set up in places where the following or more activities can be done on private land or public spaces run by the local authorities. The logistics will be handled by the resort from point to point.
Job opportunities for ex-servicemen: Activities such as scuba diving, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, bungee jumping, zip line, hot air ballooning, river rafting, etc. Professional certification courses can be conducted with collaborations with local and international institutions. This will expand the market to schools and colleges as returning customers.
Outdoor park for all Ages
The resorts will offer fitness packages – hardcore endurance training in outdoor jungle gyms under the term CIVILIAN SOLDIER , managed by ex-servicemen in collaboration with ZHR. The training programmes will be designed by experts from the fitness industry in collaboration with the ex- servicemen. All health and safety equipments will be provided as per global standards in the activity kits.

ZHR has identified locations which have huge potential for tourism such as Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Tripura and lesser known locations in other states which need good infrastructure of resorts and logistics to promote tourism. ZHR will work closely with the tourism department in states to promote destinations through digital media and social media campaigns for activities that can be booked through resort stay packages.

The resorts will have sustainable eco-friendly structures integrated with green solutions for energy waste and water. These structures have a very low gestation period and can be constructed on existing land without disturbing the landscape of the natural habitat.
